Our valued guests are hereby made aware that whilst we do everything possible to safeguard our guests
we cannot be held responsible for personal injury due to the actions of our guests, which are beyond our control.
  • *Reuben's Cruises will not be held liable for your belongings, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
  • *All departures, activities & itineraries are subject to weather, tides & sea conditions, minimum passenger numbers & time of year.
  • *Rock fishing BYO equipment.
  • *Wallabies or 'Kawau Kangaroo' are seen regularly but customers must walk quietly.
  • *Kayak hire available only during summer season & when conditions are safe.
  • *Departure times vary through out seasons, please verify departure & return times at our wharf office when purchasing ticket.
  • *Private cruises require 50% non refundable deposit.
  • *Family Pass 2 adults & 2 children. Child is 5 to 12 years. A maximum of two free pre-schoolers per fully paid adult.
  • *Normal cruise cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure may result in forfeiture of the full price.
  • *All reporting times 15 minutes prior to departure.
