Kawau Island Super Cruise

Also known as the Royal Mail Run& the largest NZ mail cruise by water. This cruise combines a 3 hour island cruise with optional onboard BBQ & 1.5 hour island stop over with bush walks, museum, kayaking & a great island restaurant.

Adult: $65  (Optional onboard BBQ lunch $22)
Senior/Student: $60  
Child: $28  (BBQ lunch $10)   *Children  5 -12 years

Departs: Sandspit wharf at 10.30am. Reporting time 15 min prior.
Returns: 3 pm or 5pm*

This is a great way for locals & travelers alike to combine a cruise & island visit with nature, history & a fun day out. Cruise the beautiful bays of Kawau Island, dropping mail off to the locals as we go & gain a rare glimpse into life on an island that has no roads. Watch Gannet birds diving for food & keep a look out for Penguins & Dolphins!  Enjoy your island stop where you can visit Mansion House Museum, Sir Governor Greys Garden of Eden, or take one of the many walks to historic sights whilst watching Kawaus wildlife. A delicious traditional Kiwi BBQ lunch on board is an optional extra, or come to our island café restaurant, where Wekas, Wallabies & Peacocks are found. For the adventurous, bring a fishing rod or hire a kayak to self explore.
